Corporate Branch Assistant Officer (Maintenance)

๐ŸงฉKey Responsibilities

  • Assist in supervising and conducting routine maintenance on branch facilities and equipment to ensure everything is in good working condition and safe to use.
  • Support the resolution of urgent repair issues and manage arising maintenance requests.
  • Coordinate with external vendors or contractors for maintenance or repair work that requires specialised expertise.
  • Ensure all facilities comply with safety standards and assist in implementing necessary safety measures.
  • Contribute to facility improvement efforts by recommending and implementing necessary upgrades.
  • Assist in preparing regular reports on maintenance status, repairs, and inventory management for branch officers.
  • Support daily branch operations by ensuring all equipment and facilities are functioning optimally to avoid disruptions.
  • Carry out other related duties as assigned from time to time.

  • Male/Female, aged 21 and above.
  • Minimum qualification: Diploma in a related field.
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
  • Able to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
