π§©Key Responsibilities
- Collect and submit audit reports to franchisees within the specified timeframe.
- Prepare and issue reminder letters or system closure notices based on audit findings.
- Prepare periodic post-mortem presentation slides.
- Conduct audit post-mortems to evaluate audit effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Review and ensure branch improvements are implemented within the given timeline.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to plan follow-up visit schedules.
- Assist in managing franchisee registration records in the MyFex system.
- Coordinate with the Finance Unit on all payment-related matters and outstanding fees.
- Assist in managing branch documentation files.
- Prepare and issue franchise license certificates to franchisees.

- Male/Female, aged 21 and above.
- Minimum qualification: Diploma in a related field.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
