Be the main contact person for all logistics enquiries. Provide updates on order status and delivery schedules, and help resolve issues such as delays, damaged items, or wrong deliveries.
Handle orders and payments from start to finish. Check and record transactions in the system, update invoices, and prepare a list of outstanding payments for the Finance team.
Prepare delivery documents and courier invoices. Use the system to track shipments and update basic logistics reports.
Work closely with the logistics team to ensure orders are correct before delivery. Check packaging and help fix any mistakes in the order.
