Assistant Officer: Logistic (Customer Service)

🧩Key Responsibilities

  • Be the main contact person for all logistics enquiries. Provide updates on order status and delivery schedules, and help resolve issues such as delays, damaged items, or wrong deliveries.
  • Handle orders and payments from start to finish. Check and record transactions in the system, update invoices, and prepare a list of outstanding payments for the Finance team.
  • Prepare delivery documents and courier invoices. Use the system to track shipments and update basic logistics reports.
  • Work closely with the logistics team to ensure orders are correct before delivery. Check packaging and help fix any mistakes in the order.

🎓 Eligibility Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
