At QC Group, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining high product quality standards. Refunds will only be considered under specific circumstances, subject to review and verification by our team.
Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests are applicable only for items that are confirmed to be damaged or incorrectly supplied. Customers must notify us within three (3) working days from the date of receiving the parcel. Requests made beyond this period may not be eligible for consideration.
Verification Requirement
To process a refund request, customers are required to submit clear photo or video evidence of the damaged or incorrect item. This documentation allows our team to assess the issue accurately and determine the appropriate resolution. QC Group reserves the right to decline any claim that does not include sufficient supporting evidence.
Refund Process
Once the claim has been reviewed and approved, a refund will be processed accordingly. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment method used and financial processing procedures. QC Group reserves the right to determine the appropriate refund method.
Courier-Related Limitations
Please note that QC Group shall not be held liable for damages, losses, or delays caused solely by courier handling during transit. In such cases, customers are advised to contact the respective courier service provider for further assistance.
Return Policy
QC Group accepts returns strictly for items that are verified as damaged or incorrectly delivered.
Return Notification
Customers must inform us within three (3) working days upon receipt of the item if a return is required. The request must include supporting photographic or video proof for verification purposes.
Return Approval
Returns will only be accepted after confirmation and approval from QC Group. Customers are advised not to send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Condition of Returned Items
Approved returns must be in their original condition, unused, and with original packaging intact unless otherwise instructed. QC Group reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Circumstances
Returns will not be accepted for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect selections made by customers, or issues arising solely from courier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Policy
QC Group strives to ensure that all orders are processed and delivered efficiently.
Processing Time
All confirmed orders will be processed and packed within three (3) to five (5) working days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes three (3) to five (5) working days for Peninsular Malaysia and five (5) to seven (7) working days for Sabah and Sarawak, depending on the courier service provider and delivery location.
Delivery Delays
QC Group shall not be responsible for unforeseen delivery delays caused by high order volumes during festive periods, natural disasters, adverse weather conditions, or operational issues experienced by the courier service provider. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary beyond our control.
